Return/Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the complete order details. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this confirmation. You have 48 hours to review and notify us of any errors or changes at no additional charge. After this period or upon order confirmation, cancellation requests must follow our return policy.

Items purchased from Buzyland are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted and you are responsible for all associated shipping fees, including return shipping. For products with complimentary shipping, actual shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund. All returned items must be unused, and in their original packaging and condition. Refunds are processed once the product is returned and inspected for completeness.

Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. In the event of damage or defects identified immediately, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no extra charge. If reported within 24 hours after delivery, repairs or replacements may still be arranged, but delivery costs will apply.

We are not liable for any damage resulting from tight entryways, narrow hallways, or other limitations within your home. Orders cannot be canceled or returned due to such spatial constraints. For purchases that include an assembly service, damages must be reported immediately upon completion for a claim to be valid.

Mattresses cannot be returned once removed from their sealed plastic. However, if the packaging remains unopened, you may return the mattress within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping items will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Customized products, clearance merchandise, and promotional items are non-returnable and considered final sale.

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks and is not currently in transit, we can issue a full refund upon request. For products with a longer estimated delivery time, the cancellation period extends to the maximum shipping time stated plus 25%. For instance, if an item is stated to ship in 8 weeks, cancellation is permitted after 10 weeks. You must notify us via email or phone to request cancellation. Cancellations are not accepted before delivery unless the extended shipping timeframe has been exceeded. Returned, canceled, or refused shipments due to any reason, including non-payment, are subject to our restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges per our Return Policy.
